Most of my work has been located on Cape Cod, Barrnstable, and Plymouth counties, MA, were I was raised, but my pride, meticulous precision, and expertise, has brought me the rewards of work from Portsmith NH, Boston and the surrounding areas, and most of the states, down the eastern coast including Florida. With work done in Bermuda (6 months building and 5 weeks there installing a cylindrical, wood and glass elevator, gotta love that) and even products shipped to Hawaii. The shop is now located in the lakes region of New Hampshire. All thought my title would be stair builder, designer (of hardwood stairs, spiral stairs, and curved stairs), we bring so much more to the table, from formalizing entries, with custom hardwood exterior doors ( sash), and restoration services. To formalized interior trim work, by using pedistle, columnizing, and mantle effects to build up the main entries and the formal areas , then some panelizing, of raised panels, recessed panels, or applied panels (pin boxes), and a chair rail molding. The next step would be the ceiling treatment, from tray ceilings, beam effects and light soffits, with panelizing and stack, ceiling moldings. We also build custom hardwood mantles for fireplaces, and full custom surrounds mantles, for gas inserts. We are a full custom shop, and also build cabinetry, for kitchen, bath, libraries, and offices. Don't foget, custom reception desks, furniture, builder, designers, for that professional look your business disserves.

We are a small family owned company, comprised of myself, Steven Paciorek (owner), and a helper or two.  So, with the "Master craftsman" at the helm, our pride and quality is first and foremost. My meticulous attention to even the most minute of detail, is what sets us apart from our competitors.  Which, in turn, guarantees you a product of superior quality.  I believe in using old world joinery, and glue and clamp, over face nail joinery (nailing hidden when ever possible), which gives you a better built product. It also saves you on the finish (the painting) end of the product, which adds up to saving you dollars in the end.  With all our experience we like to add little things that most carpenters have no knowledge of, as in a bow front starter step, scotia of the same species , to make a thicker, fuller look to the tread profile, at no extra cost to you the customer.  More bang for the buck.

DESIGN.
Let us walk you through the many choices of species and design. We are well known for upgrading packages, to a larger rail, posts and balusters, at a very attractive price. You see, better built stairs are built with better, ultimately stronger products, making you and I both look better. We are a full custom shop and can match any detail, or intermingle ideas. We build most of our stair parts for each job, to ensure a better grain match for the entire stairway. Also, by working with you, the home owner directly, assures that nothing is lost in the transfer of ideas. Also by having the experienced Master craftsman working the job helps to eliminate any issues before they become a problem.  Please note that one should have the framing for the stairs checked before sheetrock is applied, to add nailers for rails and to make any adjustments, especially were most change to an open design(with returned
treads and scotia, and a skirt) rather than a closed flight of stairs(with a kneewall or full wall).
We look forward to working with you, and thank you for your time.
